is a principal consultant of Organizational Development Science at Glint. Before joining the Glint team, Weiner was the consulting leader for North America at IBM/Kenexa, where she led a large team of consultants and research scientists. She has specialized in designing surveys and using analytics to provide insight to the C-suite of clients, helping them to make sound business decisions about their workforce. Weiner has published articles and book chapters and has made dozens of presentations at international conferences on many aspects of workplace talent contributing to the attraction and retention of top talent and improved business outcomes. She is also a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
is the senior director of Product Management at Glint. Before joining the Glint team, he gained extensive experience working in SAAS enterprise organizations with a heavy focus on analytics, mobile and design. He leads Glint’s efforts in machine learning, natural language processing and data visualization to deliver a new level of understanding in the realm of employee engagement and people success.
