HR Legal Update

Join Alec J. Beck and Emily L. Ruhsam for a legal update covering the most important labor and employment events from late 2009 through today. The update will discuss the need-to-know federal and state employment and labor law cases and statutory changes currently affecting employers (including information on the highly-anticipated changes under the new healthcare statutes). The update will also provide our forecast of legal and statutory changes expected to occur in 2010.
The objective of the legislative update is to help HRP-MN stay abreast of important employment and labor law changes that impact employers (as well as provide our predictions of other upcoming changes)
