He is the founder and principal of an emerging consulting practice delivering HR and sales consulting, communication and training, helping companies more effectively engage with their two most important audiences: employees and customers. His presentation will focus on Employment Branding 2.0. Mr. Estis will review the steps and strategic considerations necessary to develop and sustain an effective Employment Brand. He will challenge conventional thinking with emphasis on innovative and strategic approaches to attract, retain, and engage the talent needed to accomplish key business objectives and sustain a culture of excellence.

12:45 p.m. — 2:15 p.m.	David Ahlers, Vice President, Human Resources, Graco Inc. This presentation will focus on the connection between associate engagement and stock price. Mr. Ahlers serves on the Board of the Minneapolis Riverfront Corporation and the Minneapolis Workforce Council.
