Our jobs have been different over the past year and many of us have been faced with changes in our workforce numbers and dynamics. As managers and human resource professionals, diversity and inclusion in our business strategy, and recruitment and retention initiatives may come as an afterthought as cutting expenses and headcount take priority in a down economy. The Diversity Team of HRP-MN is bringing you a Diversity Fair focused around current management trends and some key topics that provide insight into keeping diversity a focus during economic recovery.
