77% of managers think they are working on something strategically important, but one out of four said they only knew it was strategic because someone told them or they saw it in a written document. 41% of managers say that their initiatives are going “okay at best”. 87% of the business issues in the workplace are due to lack of interpersonal skills, not the intellectual competency of the individual.
