HRP-MN Cancellation Policy

 

This policy of the Human Resource Professionals of MN (HRP-MN) outlines the terms and processes of an individual cancelling a registration of an HRP-MN monthly luncheon program, conference, or other event.

1. Terms regarding monthly luncheon programs: With email cancellation notice received five (5) calendar days prior to a monthly luncheon program, a registrant will receive a refund, less a $15 administrative charge. Cancellations less than five (5) calendar days prior to the monthly program are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to the HRP-MN administrator at admin@hrpmn.org.

2. Terms regarding conferences:  With email cancellation notice received ten (10) calendar days prior to a conference, a registrant will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the conference are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to the HRP-MN administrator at admin@hrpmn.org.
 

3. Exceptions:  Exceptions to these terms for cancellations may be granted only by the VP of Member Services/Programs and/or the Board of Directors.
